I've been visiting Lily Dale and staying at The Amber Tree Inn for many years. The owners Frances and Steve are two of the kindest people. You can feel the energy and the intention around creating a safe and welcoming space for us to stay in while on the grounds. I couldn't speak highly enough about the accommodations and their hospitality. You will love The Amber Tree Inn!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming guest house in July, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the attention to detail was impressive. Every aspect of the property was meticulously thought out, like the beautifully decorated rooms and the thoughtful, peaceful details in the main room. The cleanliness was spotless, from the fresh linens and towels, as well as the bathrooms and floors. I saw the hosts cleaning almost everyday. It was clear that they took great pride in their property and went above and beyond to ensure that every guest felt comfortable and at home. What truly made my stay stand out was the warm welcome and hospitality. They were friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, as well as giving me a personal guide to Lily Dale! Their passion and commitment shone through in every interaction we had. I really felt comfortable, which is especially important to me as a Latina woman traveling alone. I highly recommend this specific guest house in Lily Dale. The attention to detail, cleanliness, and friendly hosts made for an unforgettable experience. It was my first stay in Lily Dale and I went there alone not knowing anyone. This inn was the perfect place where I could return to decompress and refresh between activities. Frances shared helpful tips that I used to get the most out of my experience. I enjoyed calming music in the living area. The building is spotless clean, such a comfy bed, and I was wow’d by stunning artwork and décor of every room. Her husband Stephen is super friendly and such a great dog dad to their cute pup. I felt welcomed and so comfortable in their home. Great coffee, too!

Absolutely cherished my time in Lily Dale and at the Amber Tree Inn. The minute you arrive on their welcoming front porch you can tell it’s a special place with wonderful energy. Frances and Steve are truly special people and lovely hosts. Every aspect of your stay is thoughtful and well maintained. Additionally, the entire property is immaculate and calming. Having such a comfortable and beautiful space to stay in truly enhanced my time in Lily Dale. I hope to visit and stay here again.

We both enjoyed our stay at The Amber Tree. Steve and Francis were welcoming and attentive, making sure we knew what was available to us including upcoming program and events. The room and bathroom was clean and comfortable and beautifully designed. Loved the artwork throughout the house and the living room and outdoor area was very comfortable. We highly recommend staying at The Amber Tree.

The host, the home, the atmosphere, the energy, was all truly loving, relaxing, welcoming, and comfortable. The hosts were gracious, always greeting us warmly, with smiles, and I just felt at home. The Amber Tree was so clean, fresh and full of positive energy. The Amber Tree is truly beautiful inside and outside. This is the second time I have stayed here and will continue to book my stays here. I highly recommend The Amber Tree Inn. Absolutely beautiful house with lovely rooms. Super clean throughout and aesthetically pleasing. The decor is amazing, and the room/bed was extremely comfortable with an a/c unit which cooled off the room quickly. It has a lovely porch that you can sit out on. The owners are super thoughtful and have a wealth of information about navigating the Lilydale experience (sites to see, times of events, tips to make the best of your visit, etc.) They go out of their way to make your experience enjoyable, comfortable, and interesting. There are so many little, thoughtful touches they add to enhance the feel and experience of being in Lilydale. From the absolutely gorgeous artwork made of natural crystals to the large number and variety of spirit/oracle/message card decks you can use to get guidance, these things really added to my enjoyment... thank you! They also have complimentary coffee pods and teas (all the water is filtered). There is a small refrigerator where you can store any food you bring or leftovers. There is also a microwave I believe, though I didn't use it. I will definitely be back to Lilydale and would not stay anywhere else! Thank you so much!

Absolutely outstanding in every area!! The Inn itself, is meticulously clean. Rooms are beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Bedding is a crisp white and inviting. Francis and Steven, the proprietors, reside on the premises, and are very engaging and helpful. You can’t ask for a better location, as the Amber Tree Inn is in LilyDale proper. I have stayed here for the past three years and would not consider staying anywhere else. Looking forward to next year’s visit.
